lost 37 pounds in 2 months.
I am 5 ft. 1 inch tall and in the 1980’s
I weighted 154. My husband and I were going on a trip of a lifetime to
the beaches of Tahiti where I would have to spend 2 weeks in a bathing
suit.
The thought of
cramming those 154
pounds into a bathing suit sure strongly motivated me to lose some
weight.
My initial thought
was to use the
Optifast Program, which is a good weight loss program, but very
expensive.
As it turned out, the Optifast Program requires that you attend support
classes as a part of their program, but their classes were not
available
before our scheduled trip.
When I told my
husband the bad news,
he said that one of his friends was really enthusiastic about the new
Cambridge
Diet. I called his friend and started the Cambridge Diet immediately. I
lost weight so quickly it kept me motivated to stay with the program. I
lost 37 pounds in 2 months using the Cambridge Product without any
additional
food. I felt marvelous and had lots of energy. I worked full time at a
Junior High, and I went to high impact aerobics classes 5 nights a
week.
Once I got past the first 3 days, it was easy to stick with the
Cambridge
Diet because I was not hungry.
I left for our trip
to Tahiti weighing
117 pounds. My 2 new bathing suits looked great, I felt great, and my
husband
was really pleased with the way I looked. We had a fantastically good
time!!!
After we returned,
everyone asked
me How did you do that? and Where can I get some? I have been helping
others
lose weight with the Cambridge Diet ever since. I have maintained my
weight
loss for 15 years and today weigh 108. Only 3% of the population that
lose
weight maintain the loss for a year or more. I credit the Cambridge
Diet
and exercise for my success.
